The Table
A curated gathering for those who build, lead, and refuse to settle.
The Concept
What is The Table?
The Table is not a conference. It's not a networking event. It's not another room full of strangers exchanging business cards and surface-level pleasantries.
It's a carefully curated weekend where a small group of driven individuals come together in an intimate setting to have the conversations that matter. The ones about real challenges, real ambitions, and real growth.
We believe the right conversation with the right person at the right time can change everything. The Table creates that environment—intentionally.

The Origin
Why We Created This

Cole Trakes
I started The Table because business can get lonely, especially when you're deep in the grind. And as life grows with family and responsibilities, it can become even harder to stay connected, keep growing, and build meaningful relationships. The Table was created as a space for business owners to step away for a weekend. To disconnect from the noise, reset, and surround themselves with like-minded men who are also building, leading, and pushing forward. It's about getting out into the wilderness, having real conversations, sharing challenges, learning from each other, and growing both personally and professionally, all while enjoying great food, experiences, and time together. At the end of the day, The Table is about building lifelong friendships, sharpening each other, and leaving better than we came.

I got into financial advising because I wanted to help people build something real. But the longer I've been in business, the more I've realized that the biggest thing missing for most entrepreneurs isn't a better strategy. It's the right people in the room. Between building my practice, growing a family, and trying to actually live well, I know how easy it is to isolate yourself in the grind. And I've seen firsthand what happens when driven people stop investing in their relationships and their own growth. It's not pretty. The Table exists because the best returns in life don't come from the stock market or real estate. They come from the right conversations, with the right people, at the right time. I'm here to make sure this weekend is one of those moments.
